When it comes to Mary J. Blige, I have nothing but love. This 2014 release is considered by many critics as her best since her debut. After such a long recording career, she wanted to shake things up, so she packed up, went to London and recorded with some of the youngest acts on the scene at the time. From Sam Smith, to Disclosure to Emeli Sande no musical stone was left unturned. A favorite is F For You, a deep house cut that never gets old to me.

I got to work with her on the promo for this album and related documentary.  She’s one of my favorites to work with, and her team are fantastic as well.

Whatever she does, she’s always on top of her game.
